This is the fourth MP3 player I have purchased on Amazon. All 4 suck!!! I will never buy one again. What a ripoff! Within 2 weeks this one had a failure with the ON button. All this China made junk needs to stop being purchased. I am a fool for trying it again. It was for my son's B-day, thought I would buy a little more pricey one for a better product since his last one failed at the headphone plug in. But no! Same trash. I was fooled again. Do not buy this waste of money and toxic landfill trash.

The Bluetooth range was pretty poor; as in across the room it started breaking up.It has touch buttons and to wake them you often launch a command in addition to waking buttons. It's kinda clunky. Buttons on both sides so it can be hard to depress one button without squeezing the others on opposite sides. I don't like the touch buttons and it makes me miss buttons are there for instant usage vs two step buttons.If you are older you will need your glasses to read this screen. Very small and fine.Not a terrible player but I bought a Sony player within 36 hours of this arriving.

When I got my Fizzo MP3 player I had a problem with the Bluetooth pairing with Bluetooth headphones and earbuds. I contacted their customer service and they sent me a replacement. It took several email messages to work out the details, but throughout the process their representatives expressed a strong desire to make me a satisfied customer. The replacement MP3 player works great. Some people may have to get used to the fact the this is not a touch screen interface for the different settings, the screen for the display showing the current song playing, the stop/play, forward, rewind use a touchscreen interface. The buttons on the player are intuitive, and you should be able to get used to them in a short amount of time. The instructions are included but the print is small, for some folks that may be a bit of a challenge.I was able to format a 128GB SD card and put music on it fairly easily using the player's format option and Windows 10 file manager to load music on to the card once it was inserted into the bottom of the player. When actually inserting an SD card into the player at the bottom it's spring loaded. You need to apply firm steady pressure to seat the card properly.As far as playing music, there is plenty of power to drive my bluetooth headphones. The soundstage isn't as big and separation of instruments as great as you'll find in high quality home and car audio equipment. By this I mean you don't hear each instrument as clearly or distinctly as you will with higher quality equipment. But for the price that's somewhat expected. I've worked around this by using this player as input to my home and car audio systems.There are a multitude of settings and options for deciding what music you want to hear e.g. playlists, shuffling, etc. I haven't had an opportunity to explore these features fully. I've tried using several equalizer settings. I didn't really hear any appreciable difference using the different settings.If the first player had worked right out of the box, I would have given them four stars. If the company wants to continue to improve its players, start working on the sound quality. It's a good product overall and most users will be satisfied with it.

Like it has a big display screen, and the sounds is great played different beats and it was a crisp sound , great buy for the quality and price, and love it comes with accessories, wrist/arm band , plug to put music on it charging cord and earphones , definitely reccomend for someone wanting quality but on a budget

I paid a little extra for this thinking it would be nicer than most of the other MP3 players on here. This wasn't the case.The bluetooth does not work right, which makes it almost useless. I never could get it to pair with my brand new car. I got it to pair with my wireless earbuds, but it only worked consistently when I held it so it was never farther than 6 inches away from them. Even when I used wired earbuds it was a little sketchy. The sound would crackle oe just go out sometimes and I had to rotate the cable in the jack just right to fix it. Even when it worked, the sound quality was mediocre, at best.I would have contacted the company through Amazon to discuss this, but didn't see an easy way to do that, so it's going back. It was a waste of money.

The product worked good for the 1st month but started to give me problems charging. I would try to turn it on after charging it and it wouldn’t come on but now it’s now turning on completely. I wrote the company about it but never got a response. I’d say try a different mp3. It really only lasted 6 months for me.

This is a nice little MP3 player. My only complaints are: 1. The instructions aren't very good at all, it's like they're for a totally different player. 2. The on/off and volume buttons are either super touchy, or won't work at all, so you have to go back to the previous function to get to where you wanted to go.

I bought this item for one of my friend, she likes this and she said it has the most special meaningful production for her.she hope Fizzo can be more and more better.About this item, I think the hand feeling of the item is good but I haven't tested the sound quality of this item. by the way,The speeds of the product’s button is not bad. In my opinion, there are some places i think it can change be better. First,the silver borders can even thinner than before and the screen can change larger. Second, the playlist interface design need to change in line with the user experience.
