Eliminated my grey and stabilized monthly cycle
This is definitely a wonder herb! I started taking this to make sure I was getting daily antioxidants. What I didn't expect though was that it would literally ERASE my grey hair and stabilize my monthly cycle (I had been showing signs of early menopause). Both were brought on by trauma, so I'm extremely grateful this herb seems to have fixed these issues. I highly recommend trying this if you're getting grey early or having irregular cycles.There is a weird, strong aftertaste that can come up if you burp after taking these, so make sure to wash it down with plenty of water! The pills are 00 sized, so they're not big; they're a standard size. I take one on the morning and one at night for best results

Just get yourself bag of Moringa powder and some empty capsules to be sure
These don't smell like Moringa. I usually just take a big spoonful of Moringa powder in yogurt because the "green" taste doesn't bother me. I've been unable to get Moringa because of this Covid stuff, so I ordered these. I couldn't get ANY taste or smell out of these. I was gonna order more, but after getting some junk Tumeric I thought I'd better just break open one of these to taste the Moringa inside. .....sigh......Well, I took the 3 bottles out of my shopping cart if that gives you any indication of how NON MORINGA like that these taste.I won't be buying any more ”new" items on Amazon, only items with 25+ reviews. Spend your money on real Moringa with real reviews.

When I first started to take these, the vitamin did wonders. I felt better and slept better. I'm not sure if you body gets used to them or what, but they do nothing now. I finally stopped taking them. Not sure if I will try again or just get rid of them.

Save money and buy the tea
