Send me a return label...PLEASE...
I received this power supply, waited to calibrate my machines. When I plugged everything in to a surge protector, turned her on and began calibration, not only did the box fry but this idiot-proof process fried one of my shaders!!! I e-mailed the company...was informed that I am to photograph the box, plugged-in with a mirror behind showing both on and off...blah, blah, blah...I have been doing art of many genres for 45 years. I am also handicapped and have issue with the company requirements for crediting my card! SEND ME A RETURN LABEL SO I CAN SEND THIS JUNK BACK...WHY DO I NEED A FRIED POWER SUPPLY TAKING UP SPACE IN MY STUDIO?!

Don’t buy... didn’t work
Bought one just for an emergency extra...... never used it and when I finally needed it it didn’t work 😑 to late to send back.?

does not work
It's loses power after you step on the foot pedal about 5 to 10 seconds, eventually dies. I need a new one sent or a refund. Please.
