Did not think this item was going to be fun sized when i ordered it. basically, when using this item, you have to bend all the way over to pick up the poo. not to mention that you get so close to the poo that the aroma of the poo enters your nose and instantly ruins your whole day. If i was about two feet shorter this would be amazing. but when that small do you even need a pooper scooper at that point? My dog is huge. The amount of poo that exits this beast is just simply way to overwhelming for this scooper let alone a single human being. I just wish the product was longer.

This scoop is quite short, but easily assembles by snapping the 2 halves together. If you have a larger dog and are tall.. then this is not for you.. We have 2 under 20lb dogs and it handles their..ummm. At 6'3 it does require substantial bending,So if your older, have back, leg or other issues this apparatus may not fit your needs. it is short..

I guess I didn't realize how small 17" is bc it's too small for my 3 year old to really use without bending with it. And the handle is hard to open.... So it's too small and to hard to use for a 3 year old.

Decent, but broke in less than a year. Easy to use, but the top handel just did not hold up as expected.

Great idea , looked good and seemed sturdy - but Sorta flimsy , maybe I just got one that was not as well put together it did not last long :(

The trigger is a little hard to pull and it was difficult to get the pieces together. Otherwise, adorable.

Not quite the size I was expecting. If you have a small dog with little poops this is for you. Not for my lab or German Shepherd.
