I loved this kit. It has a lot of elements in it, although full disclosure: it will take more than a few minutes to set up. There are a LOT of balloons to blow up. I set this up over 2-3 days, whenever I had a few minutes to work on it, while waiting for my kids to return from summer vacation. But the setup was super cute, and the living room was all a-glow. Excellent kit on a budget, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to put it all together!

We got this to celebrate my mom coming home from the hospital after a long illness-I was VERY pleased with the amount of things in this kit, and the beauty of them. This is a GREAT value for the money that you pay. Will order again from this company!

Easy to assemble. The smell of the tissue paper was a bit toxic, like a strong paint smell. Overall easy and cute decoration!

This just was mediocre. The tissue flowers were probably the best items, but they took over an hour to fluff. You will need to string the banner letters on the ribbon and attach each star to the bottom of the dangling things and then attach plastic hooks to the tops of each dangling thing. The quality was nothing to get excited about. I might have been able to get something nicer at a party store, but I opted for convenience.

We loved everything in the package. The decorations were BEAUTIFUL!

Too Many things not put together that should have been- like nothing which made this time consuming was not acceptable pricing ok though for what u get -alot
