I have to write a review just to let everyone know that this flavor and the salty caramel are the BEST tasting. They got the highest vote from my guests. I use half and half with heavy cream. Don't expect to have a good tasting ice cream if you omit the fat. Why bother? I have a good ice cream maker that freezes without ice and salt. These mixes work great as all I have to do is mix in a beaker 4 cups of cream to 2+ cups of mix. I like mine a little sweeter so that's why I have the (+) after the 2. I can whip up some great ice cream in just a few minutes. Having a portable frother to mix speeds up the process. My maker takes 30 min to freeze. Love this stuff and I have all their flavors. I store them in jars and scoop out my desired flavor and mix. So easy and the soft ice cream is to die for especially when you make a high fat content mix. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Ninja Creami Swirl mix: 2 cups of milk (skim, Fairlife) to 2/3 cup of this vanilla mix. Tastes exactly like what you'd expect ordering a vanilla cone from a retail establishment. It's plenty heavy with skim milk, I cannot imagine why you'd want to go full milk or cream like other people are saying here. Is this Haagen Dazs quality ice cream? No. But it's an incredible value for the amount of mix you get in this huge bag.

Excellent product BUT you have to mix it. I tried to use a whisk for 2 minutes but the texture seemed off. I tried an immersion blender and the outcome was perfect. Since it's Lactose and Gluten free, everyone can enjoy!

The bag was not sealed properly and was slowly leaking into the box it came in. All my items in box had dusting of white powder on it from mix. When I weighted the bag it weighed slightly over 5 lbs which didn't make sense since their was only a dusting of mix on the items in my box so bag must have very short from 6 lbs before it was sent.The flavor of the ice cream was amazing and was able use easily to make a variety of different ice creams in my creami so would I buy again yes but hoping I am shorted on the mix the next time.

Excellent product. Arrived fast, no milk or cream needed!!! Just add water and it will make great two gallons out of one bag of ice cream.

As another reviewer posted, 1/2 cup of mix, fill rest of Ninja Creami cup with 1/2 milk, 1/2 cream - I used the Ice Cream setting and got perfect soft serve in the Ninja Creami. Mix in Nutter Butters and you’ll be blown away.

Product was as advertized. Tasted great , easy to use, was supposed to be 6 pound bag was really 5 pound bag so keep that in mind when ordering

Arrived quickly, well packaged, and exactly as described. Used to flavor and thicken a home brewed fruited berliner weisse beer. It worked perfectly, the flavor is exactly as described: vanilla.The powder can get a little messy so be careful. I used remaining powder in some homemade ice cream. I haven’t tried other uses, though it might work in coffee (may clump up).
