I have used this product for months. It works perfectly as a power bank that I can use it to charge my phone several times without recharging. Although I do encounter the problem of the solar charger not really charging under sunlight (or not effective), the customer service is quick and patient when I reported my experience to them and they guarantee a refund! I surely recommend anyone to try this product.

I will get straight to the pros & cons so as to not waste your time much.Pros:- Solar Charging works and is handy when you are on a camping trip- Provides fast charging. Tested on iPhone XS and Android Devices to confirm.- It is rugged, but that comes at costCons:- Solar charging is Slow. This is expected though, however it gets the jobs done. I kept it for good 6-7hrs of direct sun and it charged from 1blinking lights to 3blinking lights.- Being rugged comes at a cost as it is heavy- Flashlight is almost useless. My phones flash light is much powerful than it.Overall decent device, but there are some cons and hence deducted one star.

I was a bit skeptical, but we travel in the desert frequently and I wanted a phone and laptop back-up. I have used the phone charger for my only charger the last three weeks and the performance is less than the direct feed on an outlet, but it gets to low 90% range in a few hours, which is in my range of satisfaction. The charge for the unit with the solar cells has been exceptional recovery- full charge in a half day. Case is quality- the rubber flap that covers the ports for charging is cheap- I imagine that breaks first...but for now, very satisfied.

I was happy to get this but its slow doesn't charge fast took me 4-5 hours to charge my phone fully, sometimes not, its heavy and thick, the flashlight is good but not strong. the solar works but not sure how long to charge it fully. The annoy one is the charge rate, the blue light doesn't help much.

Bought this for my daughter for vacation and she loved it. It was convenient and very useful for the activities she was doing. She never ran out of power and her phone was always charged.

This product worked well for a couple of months and then suddenly stopped taking a charge either by plugging in or via solar. Very disappointed.

I love this thing! Can't speak to the actual power capacity, but it was enough for light use. Bought to use while camping in the desert; it lasted the full 10 days, charging to full through solar every day, and was able to charge two phones each night as well as run a small usb fan for 8-10 hours at night. Of course, the sun was probably stronger in the Sonoran desert than much of the US, so charging may vary
