I use this product as a breakfast meal replacement by mixing in the blender with my morning coffee. It’s a little frothy, but the taste is not there; the after taste is def there though and the texture is a bit gritty going down the pipe. It almost reminds me of coffee grounds; that’s not good 😌 I won’t be reordering. It might be ok for smoothies or prepared differently.
