The taste is different and tangy, I recommend taking it with some honey. I usually take half a teaspoon (with some honey) or a full teaspoon (with some honey) every couple weeks or so when allergy problems occur. The worse the allergies, the more bee pollen you will need (usually a teaspoon works with the worst allergies). Works great and usually takes just several minutes to start taking effect.
