I bought this product to exercise my hand joints every day! I am so unfortunate that I have rheumatoid arthritis. The doctor recommended me to buy this type of equipment to exercise my hand joints to prevent stiffness. It is a very good product combination. There are three grips of different strengths, which is very suitable for hands Joint motion!

I like the adjust feature on the gripper very much! ...the wrist gadget is great ....and my fingers are liking the finger buttons too .

For me, the hand grip and the bag were the only useful things in this kit. the wrist thing just hurt and did not fit. as for the thing that looks like an old manual grocery calculator.......worthless. but, for the price 2 out of the 4 items was useful.
