Gas mileage dropped immensely after installation. From 14 mpg to 11. That’s drastic! And there were no instructions for installation, it comes in dozens of tiny pieces, so if you’re not mechanically minded to put this puzzle together, stay away. The price is attractive, but not for the loss in fuel mileage. It took me over an hour to figure out how to install this, and I had the pipe on backward. This is set up for the 2000-2003 5.9. Not the 99 and older that mine is. Meaning, the vacuum line that’s provided goes to the passenger side valve cover, not the drivers side where mine was. So I had to reroute my vacuum lines to make it work. As I said there’s no instructions, no thank you sheet, nothing. It comes in a blank box. That’s all you get. Perfect for macgyver, not for the average joe who only knows minor repairs on their vehicle.

Want better product ratings? Include some instructions! Lots of parts to figure out. SmhIf your not mechanically inclined do not order. This is also not suitable for my year 1997. Because the small breather line comes out on the passenger side and factor comes out on drivers side and has larger hose which I have to figure how to adapt. The bright side looks like your given alot of miscellaneous pieces to engineer your own intake.

Is it too much to ask for instructions? I can figure out most of the assembly from the pictures but not all. It may be a decent cold air intake system but I can't tell. I'm not putting a half built system on my truck.

It is worth the money with the exception of the clamp attaches the box unit.It has to be a clamp that goes around and under to hold the box from falling off.Found one on eBay but that was another $20And it was still worth the money.As far as instructions go. Don’t really need them.

The quality is good and it did fit as it should. I only gave 3 stars because it came with no instructions. Luckily they are all pretty much the same and I found instructions on another manufacturers website. Install was then pretty straight forward.

Its a force fit for 2000 5.9l magnum does not fit unless you cut. Does not stay on the TB will suck air. The plastic is super soft had to fab mine up. Save your money and get something more well built like the K&N

Disliked that there was not any installation instructions or a web site to check. Looks good but took a little modification of the tube bracket to position it correctly.

Great little system for the money. All the intake box hardware lined up perfectly and looked great. The only problem i had with it is the intake tube. The bracket to hold it in place was completely wrong and prevented it from being installed. I had to cut and move it to let it properly work, luckily i had the tools to do so. Other than that, very pleased with to product. Would recommend to someone as long as they are ok with some customizing.
