Tire Clearcoat (6oz)

If you’re looking for the greasy glazed donut look that is a magnet for road grime, this isn’t the product for you. This is my 4th purchase of the 16oz bottle, every time I buy a new set of tires for any of my vehicles this goes on them straight away. Regardless new tires or not, prep is king when laying down protection for any surface. This is a great product that last and about the only thing it will not survive is curve-rash. I hate cleaning wheels and tires, having both of them coated makes for a touchless wash 90% of the time.

yes, if your a car buff this needs to be added to your garage, but you have to clean your tires really well, not with 409 it leaves a residue and the product can peel, i used Awesome from the dollar store for a cleaner, make sure to follow the instructions it has to dry between applications thats how it works. I use 6 coats on the Class A RV TIres and they really Shine and i use 2 coats on my Jeep that i pull with it and i get compliments on both vehicles

Just applied this to the new tires on my daughter's car. They look nice and wet and black - not overly wet like some of the products where the tires look artificially black (if that's your thing). But like shinier than new black tires.Easy to use. It's a thin white liquid so be careful of drips. But if you sponge it on and then go over it with a drier sponge to catch the excess you'll do fine. A little goes a long way. You'll have enough product left to do many many more applications.I did three coats. What I got is basically perfect looking tires. Every coat a little shinier.She doesn't really notice or care. But I do. : )

I've started using this product 4 years ago then stopped to try other products that claimed to last longer only to find out that there were side effects to these so called longer lasting products.Some were stains, others attracted more brake dust and dirt than the tire being bare.My ultimate conclusion is that this product is by far the best ever....Not only does it last about 3 weeks, but it dries completely, and doesn't attract any dirt whatsoever...By far the BEST PRODUCT!!!Highly recommend it...

As many have said the prework is the key. I used Simple Green to clean the tires before I used the included cleaner. Once they were clean I coated them. I only had to reapply the coating every 4-5 months. I have been using this product since 2016 and this is my first refill.

This is quite simply the best of its kind on the market. I've tried them all. I met the man the created this many years ago at a Utah car show. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It looked like magic, like so many things you run across at a car show I was skeptical but just had to try it. I've got news for you..... it really does what it says.

I ordered a 16 oz size but only received a 6 oz bottle. I also ordered the the recommended tire cleaner as well. I had to go over and clean each tire 8 times before they were cleaned to recommendation of the product. I am currently applying the tuff shine and have applied 5 coats on each tire. I am still not happy with the look of the product. I will continue to put coats on to receive the desired look. At this point I'm committed. To be very clear, this is ALOT of work! I will not be doing this again. I will update this review once I'm finished. The cost is also extraordinary. I spend less time detailing my car. Not happy so far....

This product works great and lasts a long time. Once it starts dulling you can add some more to shine it up. The more coats you add the shinier it gets. However before you apply it the first time you have scrub the tires really good with the product they give you and its pretty messy. But you only have to do it once so its not too bad. I would recommend this product.
