Does exactly what it says and then some!
I've been on this for over 4 yrs. It's a life changer! My IBS always had me scoping for Restrooms out an about. Never knew if I was gonna have a moment of Diarrhea. Now I have no worries. Things are normal. I can travel eat foods I couldn't before. Absolutely love it.
