Above and Beyond Customer Service
This product arrived impeccably packaged and with tools, screen protector, wipes for prep for screen protector, the works. Before I even had a chance to install it, I was contacted to make sure I was happy with the product! After install, everything looked great and worked great except the stupid touch ID wouldn't activate (yes I moved over the home button from the original screen). I was pretty sure I didn't damage anything but you never really know with these tiny little connectors ... well, I provided this feedback, and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and sent a replacement. With this one I was RIDICULOUSLY careful with the home button connector and cable ribbons. Long story short: I was able to get the touch ID to work, sporadically. Meaning I'd press in connector cables and reconnect the battery and test it before putting back on the cover plates etc., and the touch ID would work! (would activate fine, I could add add'l fingerprints, etc.) I was so excited! then I'd put the cover plates back on over the screen cables and battery cable, and turn it back on and it wouldn't activate again. So it's working now but next time the phone turns off I won't be surprised if it says touch ID not activated again. But frankly, I suspect it's some Apple BS to make sure you take it to Apple and pay $120+ or whatever it is for them to replace the screen, and not something inherent to the replacement screen. At any rate, the Supplier was incredibly responsive and totally cared that the product worked well for me. I couldn't ask for better customer service. OH and also note - this screen comes with everything except the home button - that makes it easier because there is less you have to transfer from the old screen (the speaker assembly at the top, the big metal plate which attaches to the screen assy with 8 screws, etc.). For the slight price difference, it made sense to go ahead and just get this screen, which has those things already assembled on it. Fewer things to go wrong, ya know.

Easy to do screen replacement--highly recommend.
Watched a Youtube video from JerryRigEverything and I was off to the races (n.b. this replacement kit does not require the steps shown by Jerry). After removing the two pentalobe screws near the lightning connector, I found the "guitar picks" worked best for separating the screen while lifting the broken screen with the suction cup. My iPhone's screen was shattered from top to bottom, so I had a bit of a challenge getting suction cup to stick to the screen. Once the screen was off, 4 phillips screws (pay attention as one of is much longer than the other 3) allows the removal of a cover plate for 3 ribbon cables connecting the screen to the phone body. Three phillips screws held a cover plate for the home button. The ribbon cable for the home button is held in place with a bit of glue; I used one of the long blue "spudgers" to gently pry it off. After plugging everything back together, but before reassembling the phone, I turned the phone on to verify the screen, camera, home button, and front cameras functioned properly. After confirming everything worked, reassembly was straightforward.

Easier than you think - give it a try!
Worked first try and was actually easier to install than I expected and the supplied tools were more than adequate. Considering the Apple store wanted $150 to do the repair, it was well worth the try for the ancient iPhone 6s. Some words of advice - perform your repair over a large solid surface because when the tiny screws go flying (and they will) they are nearly impossible to find. For old eyes like mine, a magnifying glass is a huge help because what you may think is a speck of dirt, is a screw. It would be nice if they added a few extra screws with the screen - just in case.

Not good buy! Over priced!
Love this screen replacement ! Looks And runs like a new phone . No issues what so ever took 10mins to install just googled how to do it. Came in a great package shipped fast! I will buy this from them again if i happen to break my phone again. Do your self a favor and by the whole screen assembly it will save you money time and hassle! UPDATE: Im taking away stars on this product becouse now my screen has glitches every once in awhile and is far slower then my original screen. Also the screen is not oleophobic like my original screen or as bright! and it makes my phone much hotter ! Can’t play pubg anymore screen gets hot and choppy! Over priced!

Amazing for 15 minutes!
After installing the screen and getting everything just right and closing the phone water tight i started to setup my device like it was brand new with a huge smile on my face, touch ID no problem, 3D touch you got it and the right amount of sensitivity, i compared it my iPhone SE and the screen sharpness was on par. If i had to say something bad but honest is that this screen has like 10% less brightness and the color was about 8% less saturated otherwise perfect screen and great value for the money. I'm going to return it because after 15 minutes of use the touch input stopped responding i opened the device reconnected everything until it worked again. I tested it and it was all good again i closed the device used it for about 5 minutes and it was gone. I started fiddling again with the connectors got it to work closed the phone but these time touch id was unavailable and after little while touch input was gone and that was it for me. I tested my broken screen and it worked like a charm. When i get my refund i'll give it another shot, quality is good but i want to believe i got a faulty one. I'd say hit o miss, i might get lucky next time. if i could i would give it a 2.5 stars.

You CAN do it!
This is the third screen I've replaced (4s, 5s, and now 6s) and by far the easiest. Be sure to spend the extra 10 bucks and get all the small parts included pre-assembled. Those little parts will give you difficulty if you try and transfer them from your existing phone. There is always a little adhesive or something that makes the old parts not fit perfectly so it will rattle or sit crooked. The only thing to transfer from your old phone is the home button. I followed the instructions on ifixit website and had the job done in under an hour. If you are reasonably handy, have a steady hand, and can keep track of 10 tiny screws, this will save you the $129 fee at the Apple Store not to mention the WAIT!
