Ruined
I first found these at Sur la Table and they were wonderful. However, these I received via Amazon melted together. I either couldn’t pull them apart/ and they broke into pieces trying to do so. I will not order again.

Not good!
Cups were melted together. Broke apart when I try separate them!!!

Cute idea, poorly packaged.
Received these as a gift, kept them in a cool, dry place. When I opened them they were melted together. Managed to chip one out and aside from the one on the top (see pic) all the chocolate had melted to the bottom. So if I'd poured coffee into the cup it would have seeped out through the uncoated cookie. Tried microwaving them for a few seconds to see if the chocolate melted a little and they could be separated, but no joy. Ate bits off the top and tossed the rest. Total waste-- right to the landfill.

Great dessert!
Lots of bad reviews. I think people misunderstand the purpose of these reviews. Rate the product, NOT the shipping, the manufacturer can’t really help with shipping issues. Any chocolate product will be ruined if UPS leaves it in the sun for a couple hours.Anyway, the product is great and functions as advertised. I really like the chocolate. You might have problems if you mail order this product, but kitchen supply stores sell it as well ( that’s where I bought my first box).I love them.
