Love this candy! Nice watermelon flavor, not no weird aftertaste. Quite enjoyable, only reason for a 3 star.. the candy does not last it dissolves very quickly. I was hoping for a hard candy to suck on but instead got a "mint" approx size of a tick tack that dissolves. Overall though I am pleased with this purchase.

I decided to try the watermelon 6-pack because it seemed like the best deal for xylitol candy, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they are, just as yummy as the other flavors, very sweet and only slightly tart. Like all Xyla mints they're loosely compressed powder (so there may be a lot of loose powder in the tin) and they dissolve fairly quickly, don't expect them to last a while like Jolly Ranchers or even SweetTarts. You can go through a tin pretty quickly if you're anxious and want something to keep your mouth occupied, but it is nice knowing that they're good for your teeth. The metal tins are quite reusable after you've cleaned the loose powder out, perfect for carrying small and easily lost or crushed items.I use xylitol candies specifically as a dental supplement. After meals, sugary drinks & snacks, and before bed you can pop a couple and decadently bathe your teeth in the sweetness... it does seem to prevent tooth decay in the long run. When xylitol is dry (as in hard candy) it does have a mild cooling feel as it dissolves on your tongue. This actually enhances mint flavors, and while noticeable is not bothersome in non-mint flavors like Watermelon Splash.

I am so disappointed in this product and I NEVER write reviews. I have been buying these candies by the bulk for the last year as my family loves them. I just recently purchased these and they tasted totally different. They usually have a nice tart, watermelon flavor and this particular batch I ordered was so disgustingly powdery and sugary sweet so I returned them and had a replacement sent out to me as I thought maybe I just got a bad batch. Unfortunately, the new batch I received is just as disgustingly sweet with no watermelon flavor at all. I even tried to buy them at a local health food store and again, the same issue. They have changed their formula and it's so disappointing as I loved this product. I am going to return this product and unfortunately will not be buying it again unless they make them again with the wonderful flavoring they had before. It's such a shame as I have been a great customer and advocate to this company and these candies have turned into a sugary disgusting mess. Beware buyers as these candies now taste like straight xylitol with no flavoring. Yuck!

Pros: generally pretty yummy. Cons: they don't really taste like watermelon - more like cotton candy. But the worst feature is, unlike some of the other Xyla "mints", these crumble and melt in your mouth almost immediately - blech. I suggest sticking with the other flavors.

These candies have a great flavor, but they don't last very long. They look like SweetTarts, only they're not as well compressed as SweetTarts are. If you carry them around in your pocket, you'll probably have a lot of powder left in the tin when you eat the last one. I'm still looking for a really good sugar-free candy without artificial sweeteners. This one is close, but I think I'll keep looking.

These are very good and I would recommend them. They are way too sweet for me, though. They don't have a weird flavor like other mints or gum w/o real sugar, but they are really sweet. Maybe it is the flavor.

I love these bright, tart bursts of flavor. They are amazing but you have to be careful. The natural sweetener used in them is great to promote good dental health but can also keep you running to the bathroom if you eat too many in one day. ;) Aside from that, I love them!

A delicious watermelon taste, and it is great for kids too - read the back of the package ALL NATURAL everyone I offer them too is impressed with its attributes and of course its DELISH TASTE I have additional Xylitol products and they are all great love their terryaki w/sesame too
