Great base for a smoothie or açai bowl
Very tasty I usually have them in smoothies but have made açai bowls with them before. I like that they come frozen for longevity of product.

Tastes great and gives you energy
I eat them like popsicles. The taste is superb. Because there is some guarana in the blend it gives me energy as well. I really enjoy one in the morning and my day tends to be better. I have been buying for 15 years and really missed them in the UK before finding them on Amazon Fresh. There are always some in my freezer.

Try our recipes or craft your own! 1. Run under water, cut off top of pack to open and break up into a blender. 2. Add liquid of choice: 1/4 cup for a bowl -or- 1 cup for a smoothie. 3. Add your favorite fruit, then blend and enjoy!
