My daughter had been waiting for an electric tooth brush and I didn’t want to just get her a lame one from the grocery store with some cartoon character on it. So when I saw this on amazon I was immediately attracted to it because she loves pink, but then getting it in I was happy to see that myDaughter really liked it and started using it right way. She is five and knew exactly what to do and how To use it right away. It works great and my daughter loves it.

If you look at the replacement head supplied with this toothbrush you will see that it cannot go onto the toothbrush because there is something inside of it that does not appear to be removable. I checked under the customer questions to find this question asked and the seller simply said to watch the video provided with the pictures. I did this and the video only shows how to insert the battery, not how to replace the toothbrush head with the replacement that doesn't fit. This appears to be a completely flawed design unless there's some secret to it that the designers have neglected to mention.Also, the toothbrush vibrates, but not the bristles. What is even the point of that? What company even makes these because they don't seem to know what they're doing. Disappointed I spent money on this. Kinda feels like a scam.

I really want an electric toothbrush WITH A 2 Min TIMER for my kids, but I can't spend $30+ per brush for them when I know they will lose it at their first sleepover or drop it in a toilet. Santa brought these for Christmas, and with holiday travels we didn't start using until Jan. 4th 2020. Everything was great, and I was thrilled...until they stopped working about 3 wks later. I assumed the battery just died a little earlier than anticipated (kids), but after replacing the first one it didn't start at all. Disappointing, but OK, it's a lemon. The 2nd died soon after, but replacing battery DID work. For 3 days. Then it stopped working entirely as well. Fortunately we were with in the 30 day window...because they didn't work for even 30 days. Keep looking.

I bought this for my 3 year old. When it first arrived, I noticed right away the head of the toothbrush was larger than my own which is surprising considering this is a kids toothbrush. Just recently, it was dropped in water briefly by my toddler. It no longer works because of this. I would think a kids electric toothbrush would be a little more durable.

I wish I could add a picture. The toothbrush is okay for a while. But after a few months, one died. I tried to replace the battery, but it still didn't work. Now I'm trying to replace a brush head, but it isn't possible because the brush head on the unit is hollow, but the replacement brushes all have a center piece sticking out of them. Basically I have useless replacement brushes and will have to throw this out. What a waste.

Worked great for a few weeks. I liked it because it was the only way that my daughter would brush for two whole minutes. Plus, she didn’t have to depress the button to keep it on. After a few weeks, the toothbrush would randomly start vibrating throughout the day. Ultimately, we had to remove the batteries when not in use. I’m outside of the 30 day return window, but will try to order a replacement.

Tooth brush was purchased for my 8yr old daughter. Loved the 2 minute timer with 30 second intervals. Wish it would have lasted longer. Daughter dropped it into sink and it stopped working completely. Replaced battery, tried a couple other simple troubleshooting steps, nothing.

This toothbrush is pretty cool. It came packaged very well. It came in a plastic container and has the extra head on a stand, so it’s not sliding around. The container is a hard plastic, so packing it for a trip is perfect. This toothbrush fits perfectly in my 6yr olds hand. It has the simple button to turn it on. Takes 1 battery. It’s a soft pink, nothing crazy in color. Very happy with this toothbrush.

Has a 2 min timer which is great.. works well. And bristles feel good.. it does say for kids but can be used by adult too .. or at least I'm using it haha.. electric toothbrushes have so much more cleaner feeling

These toothbrushes seems like a great idea to start, a really good value especially it came with an extra brush head. Anyhow, it is not a true electrical toothbrush, the unit does vibration but doesn’t actually move the bristle. Kids love the 2 minutes timer but I don’t think it does the cleaning job that well.Update: after a period of use, the tooth brush started to start on its own because the water started to get into the battery compartment. I had to take the battery out but I don’t think it will last much longer.

Complete waste of money, batteries not included, but at least expect the toothbrush to do its job, which of course it didn’t. Shut on and off when it pleases, loud vibration, but no movement of the actual bristles.

This tooth brush is poor quality, it turns on by its self, at any given time, I checked the battery and it was rusty and wet, not worth the money, do not purchase this product

I bought two for my kids. Both toothbrushes have exact the same problem: randomly turned itself on in the midnight. I returned the blue one because the problem happened in the first week. The pink one, which is shown in the picture, has the same problem after I changed the battery. We got scared multiple times in the midnight when the toothbrush turned itself on and the sound of intensive vibration came out of bathroom. Very disappointing purchase.
