I brought these for my bridesmaids. Yesterday, I checked them and they had changed colour and had spots on them. When I received them I placed them in individual jewellery boxes to protect them. Non of them had been wore, nor removed from the box since I purchased them. I contacted the seller, but they refused to help.

I ordered six of these bracelets in Rose gold but bit gutted that 2 of them arrived in silver and with the wrong initial on too

The bracelet tarnished within a few hours of wearing it. The other bracelets have been carefully stored away in the bags the bracelets were sent in, in a drawer. I went to look at them the other day and they have tarnished and got these strange marks on them. Contacted the seller, asking what I could do, but no reply.

Bracelets are lovely..they messed my order up, said they would give me a refund and when asked they say they've done it..bank statement says different.. not happy and ignore my emails ..scammers !
