My Dyson was given to us for Christmas about 3 years ago. I love it. About 6 months ago the Dyson started exhibiting signs of a bad battery. It would pulse with use, and only work for a small time. You could squeeze the trigger to get it to go again but it got very tedious. I started looking for upgrades, but honestly did not want to fork over the cash for another vacuum at this time. I had this sitting in my cart for awhile and figured I'd give it a try before buying a new Dyson, worse case it was not the problem and I'd buy a new vacuum on Black Friday sale. Low and behold, it worked like a charm. My Dyson is fixed. It runs BETTER then it did on the old battery even when it was newer.TLDR:Pros-It worksIt works BETTER in some cases than the original.It's...pretty?

I was getting exasperated with my old rechargeable Dyson, which shut offrepeatedly after only a few seconds of power. Tried all the other tricks recommended on the web, to no avail. I decided to see if this new battery would fix the problem. Charged for 24 hours, as instructed, then it worked like new! Maybe even stronger than it had been originally. My charging port does not always engage tightly, but if I remember to check to be sure it's seated properly, my Dyson is always ready for me. Not cheap, but cheaper than a new one.

Received the new battery on April 23, 2022. It worked great for a while. Battery died after using vacuum for a couple of minutes. Plugged battery into charger and the charger would not indicate that it was charging. Plugged in my spare battery and verified that charger is working properly. Checked the website listing in an attempt to contact seller, but could not find any links in sellers store or in the description of the product. The battery is advertised as having a one year warranty. I am hoping the seller will contact me and ship a replacement battery since this battery has lasted less that 4 months.

After watching YouTube videos and going through all the steps I needed to do to figure out why my vacuum wasn’t cutting on, I finally ordered the battery. It was a good price and exactly as described. The battery works great. Not only do I have a new battery but my vacuum is well serviced by watching videos.

This works fairly well for the money and seems to last at least as long as the original when it was new. My only complaint is the charging port fits a little snug. I have my charger stand mounted to the wall and the vacuum is hard to pull off from the stand, you have to hold the charging plug to get free easily. Also when you put it back on the charging stand you have to give the charging plug a little post to get it to start charging. I first discovered this after running the battery dead and placing it on the charger and getting the vacuum out the next day and it was still dead. I thought the battery had failed. I unplugged the charger and plugged it back in but still no green light, then I took the vacuum off the stand and put it back and it started to charge. Now I just make sure to grab the charger plug when removing the vacuum and give it push when I replace the vacuum and look for the green led on the charger.

Great replacement battery for the Dyson! Used it long and hard for a year and it’s time to buy a new one!

I was told at a vacuum center in Albuquerque that the motor had a short and would cost 150.00 to repair my dyson 35. I then told them no thanks that I was going to purchase a new one. The problem I had was that after 4 seconds the vac would quit! My wife said try a battery that most likely the problem, well guess what? That was the problem and now it woks fine.Steve

We were really excited about this battery. Dyson was on the fritz for awhile and finally we got this battery and it initially worked really well. But the vacuum suddenly stopped working after six months. We got a battery from Dyson and it’s working again. Even for $35, six month life isn’t worth the cost. I’d rather pay full price at dyson. This seller is saying to call for one year warranty replacement but I can’t find a number to call.
