I listen to books and would like to keep track of where I am if I miss something; it does go back to where you were if you turn off the power, which is nice, but for this price range, I just think that's an obvious feather; (3) I cannot believe that you need to you have to use the (very small) remote control for useful things like pausing the CD. I cannot believe that the function is not on the unit itself and am scared of losing this remote control. (4) it's fairly stable, but wobbles a bit, as a desk unit, if touched or bumped. (5) the remote control battery came dead even though the plastic protector was in place. (6) I have not played with this much, but I did set the radio once and had been turning it off (when the remote control still did not work) to keep place on my CD...and when I went to radio again, it was reset. I really hope I'm missing something there or it's really dumb. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two small issues *by L***I on January 13, 2020* 1) Open play area, nothing covers the CD when it's in the player, and there's nothing protecting the laser if you don't leave a CD in it.2) The remote is difficult to use, and I think it's more the sensor on the player.
