New 12" Woofer Speaker Steel Mesh 2 Piece Woofer Grill M12

These are nice subwoofer grills. They are fairly sturdy and are quite difficult to pry off so them accidentally popping off is not an issue. They are not made for high excursion subs. My subs had 11mm of Xmax and they would hit the grills I had to make a 1/2 inch spacer to mount between the top of the sub and the grill to give them room.

These covers came exactly as described. They are plain speaker covers, but did their job by protecting my husband's speakers from the occasional kick from our kids. They are mounted over 12" JBLs and fit great.

Does not clear the surround on my Image Dyanamics IDQ 12" subwoofer when the bass hits hard. Good solid construction, but poor design.
