Easy to use and accurate
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I got this for my office. We have clients who don't speak English. So this helps, so they don't need to bring someone to translate. My colleague and me tried it out at our favorite Mexican restaurant. It is easy to use. It is accurate. Definitely worth buying. Great value

Amazing device, but limited by WiFi signal strength
This is an incredible tool, and it amazingly accurate. I was excited to take it to Italy to have a different experience traveling, where I could much more easily communicate with locals. The only problem is it needs a strong WiFi signal to work. Even three bars (out of four) on my personal hotspot WiFi wasn't strong enough, and it would give me a "network" error message. Once back at the hotel with a full strength signal it would work. You can save a series of questions/comments, and then replay them without a wifi signal, like questions about train schedules and so on, so it has that use out and about. But I'm hoping they soon come out with one that works with a more modest wifi signal to make it truly usable on the road. Judging by other reviews, others seemed to find it worked off a personal hotspot, but I didn't.

Not so good
Wasn't as accurate as it was advertised and the type on the screen was very very small there is no voice translation when you used photo translation I returned this unit.

Don't waste your time with this device. You are better off with Google Translator.
Biggest piece of junk ever. I bought this for a trip to Japan. I verified I had high speed data in Japan before I left. The translator was so slow, that it never picked up any conversation. I ended up shoving it in my backpack and using Google Translator the entire trip.

Didn't translate phone conversation
Does not translate very accurate.Had probably with connection with internet.

Great expectations and even greater let down.
I charged it to 100%- took it off the charger and w/in 10 min of using it the battery went down to 52%. I charged it again and the charge went down to 46% (while charging) I waited a bit longer- couldn’t see the charge screen by this time. I tried to turn it on and.. nothing. faulty/broken product. Not reliable. I was going to use this to help me communicate better with my patients.also, I received the wrong color but I understand it’s not this company’s fault, but Amazon.

It’s Ok and will work if you have no knowledge of the foreign language.
I just started to use my device today and already I have found an error in translation. For instance: I said in English, “I am hungry.” The device translated it as, Estoy hambriento. Which means I am starving. As oppose to what I wanted was, Tengo hambre. So yes the device is helpful but not 100% for word context. Also, signing my username and password was “hell” because my finger was hitting the wrong key because the letters spacing is so small.
