Questo step si adatta a molti utilizzi, tranne quello di una classe di step avanzata., per quella ci sono gli step classici e la reebook fa i migliori probabilmente! ... tornado a questo step, lo si può utilizzare per lavori in destabilizazione, funzionali, per tutto il corpo, in questo campo è molto versatile e utile! Per salire e scendere velocemente o per farci coreografie sopra lo ritengo un pò pericoloso ... ma che ne so, sono insegnante da più di 20 anni! ;)
