Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care 2nd Edition

Helps me to complete cache level 5

I'm currently doing my level 5 in health and social care started this year January 2018. I have done all F1 units from communication to assess the individual in health and social care. I am now starting my F2 units and can't find those units in the book and am having trouble with it right now not having any direction to follow in regards to these units, however I did find the book very helpful and easy to read and understandable; it gave me the information i need. The only issue i had was that units are missing and when i recieved it, two of the pages was stuck together which is minor really but just saying. Overall a good book and referencing is made easy with this book. But I might still purchase another book to cover the last few units

The book arrived really quickly but it was opened box. The driver - not the usual Amazon driver but still, he dinged the bell and walked away to his van. Hubby came out - was home - Noticed box was opened and called out to the guy. The man ignored him and drove off. The book is fine and undamaged which is great. The delivery time was great 24 hrs.Attitude not so much. Not saying this guy opened the box but could have taken time to respond. I then get the app delivery. It has been delivered! Please acknowledge- great, good etc. I say great - delivery was with care. I was at work. And it wasn’t.I will wait to respond in future. Doesn’t happen often. Amazon do an amazing job.

I've found this book invaluable whilst doing the Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care. I even read bits that aren't relevant to me because it's all very interesting.It's very well put together and well worth the price tag that it commands.My only one grumble is that it doesn't cover all of the units but those that it does cover is very thorough.Buy it, you will not be disappointed 👍

This book is a necessity if you are completing Level 5 in healthcare management. This book is my bible!

As I am studying for my NVQ Level 3 in Diploma in Health and Social Care the book answered all my questions and is well written so you not only find the answered but also adds the relevant laws/policies related to the questions with clear understanding. Would recommend to anyone not only at level 3 NVQ but wants to further their career as a team leader but may need more to be in a managerial role.
