As with so much these days, the only way to control this is with the remote. What if it breaks? The seller has answered a question on here saying they don't provide extra remotes. Seriously, it's a lightweight POS that makes me wonder how long this remote will stay intact. The interface on the screen is even worse than the remote.For instance, go to the App store. What button is the pointer on? I have no idea! I have to start pushing the arrows to move it around until something is highlighted, then I can tell where the pointer is. When I finally find an app I want, it goes to the screen for that app. Again, what button is active? I have no idea! So I have to start pushing buttons. Nothing gets highlighted to show it's selected. I had no idea if I was on the INSTALL button or not.The video is okay and I think the unit is functional, but trying to do anything is tough because I often don't know where the pointer is or what it'll take to move it to where I need it to go. I haven't tried this with bluetooth or with any USB keyboards or mice yet, but such a poor interface and remote makes this almost unusable.

The unit is cool and easy to setup to get started. However the remote control does not anticipate the need for scrolling left and right very well. Also the remote in mouse mode moves very slow. When using YouTube TV the device is not able to provide the location to YouTube for some reason so I cant watch local channels. That said, Googles Android find my device is able to figure out the device location. To correct for the remote control i connected an old bluetooth trackball and have a much easier time navigating the ui. I would buy it again. I just think there is room for improvement.

Worked great but despite reviews from here and other sites does not have "Android TV" nor can work with Disney+. I bought it only because I thought it was compatible with the official Android TV and can watch Disney+ including Kodi, Sling TV and other apps, however; it is not like the Mibox and does not.I ended up keeping it because i ended up needing a second box.Speeds for wifi are great and speeds are as described.

Super fast Android 9 box. Very small form factor that disappears into your home entertainment rig. Very quiet operation.Included remote is very basic (no air mouse functionality) and I would certainly recommend a keyboard such as the Logitech K400 for easy search and navigation.Also it sometimes freezes up (have no idea what causes it) but nothing a reboot doesn't solve. Overall very happy with this product.

I was the typical Firestick user who had to replace his batteries every week and just got sick of it. I replaced my Firestick with this device based on the glowing reviews and I really wanted something with upgradable memory. I consider myself extremely tech savvy but this device was ridiculously frustrating to get setup. The remote almost needs a clear line of sight to the receiver to function. It's UI is extremely laggy compared to the Firestick which was very surprising with the RAM it has. Trying to get on the internet and surf was next to impossible as it couldn't recognize pop-ups therefor you couldn't close the pop-ups to see the content behind it. If the Firestick had upgradable memory I would go that route for performance and simplicity of use in a heartbeat.

It's a good product. It could use a stronger signal from remote as it needs to be close. And remote buttons occasionally stick but nice options. Bluetooth failed but I had a dongle and that works. All in all a good device. But felt need something else so return Google certificates would be a good to but not necessarily a needed addition.

This is one of the coolest things I now own! I love it! However, I will say, like every other gadget on the market, I had to learn how to get the most out of it. I would only say that you ought to purchase an accompanying smart remote so that you can play games, do your daily routines and surf the web. The remote that comes with it, I believe is just a starter, although it does work well with watching movies, video, YouTube etc..

Picture clarity was not as sharp and bright as expected for my New Samsung 82"-Q6D 4K LED as the Comcast ( Inifinity) 4K.I purchased a 3 yr warrant, so returning to see what the result will be.
