Once I learned I could carry-on my medical device onto a airplane without having to pack it inside a suitcase I immediately bought two of these. They are great to bring to ppls attention of my medical devices.

I’m pleased to be able to identify my CPAP as medical equipment on my upcoming flight. A medical ID tag such as this one might have prevented damage to my device by an inconsiderate passenger who was determined to force his oversized duffle bag into the too-small space next to my machine. This tag is well designed and strong material. Pleased with my purchase.

Nice hard plastic tag. Very durable!

I was looking for a sturdy plastic tag and not just a printout tucked into a plastic sleeve. First thing that stood out to me is this thing is thick! It appears to be two thick plastic layers. After painstakingly removing the protective sleeve, I did notice that there was a small crack at the punched hole. As you can see from the picture, it's pretty small and only on the one layer shown. It's not visible from the other side. Other than that, this tag is just what a frequent traveler like me needs.

The tag is great. Sturdy, hard plastic. Didn't like the rubberized cord so I swapped it for a metal one. Makes it easy to get through airport security faster.

This is exactly as described. To the people who think this looks cloudy or bubbled- take the protective film off like the instructions say and you'll be good.

If you travel by air with a CPAP, get these. Cuts down on arguing with flight attendants.

This has got the right look and right idea, but it arrived with lots of those tiny bubbles in the final layer of laminate, which is disappointing. Like the seal isn't great, and they didn't catch this in quality control. You can't really 'press it down' to smooth out as anything sharp will also scratch the waxy surface. So, it will do for now — they (TSA etc.) don't know it's new, they might just think it's well-used — but you'll probably wish it was a bit more smooth, well-sealed and a touch more shiny.

Perfect - having this tag will give me ease going through security at airports. Will do the job at a great price.
