IVYX Scientific Multi-Volume Adjustable Micropipette/Pipettor 5-50 μl

Not a bad product. Pretty accurate for the money and easy to use. Works well for my basic laboratory use. Be sure to buy some extra silicone grease, it doesn't come with nearly enough and this thing likes lubrication. The directions aren't the greatest either. I aspirated some liquid into the tip (which is easy to do so be careful) and it jammed. Took me awhile to figure out how to break it down due to poor directions and I had to clean the inside and remove some of the grease. It still kept locking up so I had to buy more silicone grease and lube it again. Works fine now. Would buy again.

Great for the $. Easy to use and adjust. Just wasn't right for my needs, but I liked it. Do not suggest this product for viscous materials. Really wanted to be able to use it.

This works great for me, but I'm only using to dispense small, less-than-a-milliliter, NON-repeatable volumes so it works great for that. I would not recommend this for someone who needs precision or accuracy. It's about +/- 8% for me.

I gave her a test at 50 microliters, weighed out to 0.0053 grams, close enough for what I'm doing. I also found it will actually turn down to basically zero microliters. No clue on it's accuracy at that low of feed, but it's gotten the job done for me in a pinch.

For the price point, these adjustable micro pipettes work well for my high school classroom. This allows me to teach students how to use such equipment that they may encounter in the future, but not break our budget in doing so.

Does what it’s supposed to

Regolazione precisa e molto semplice, per i poco esperti come me, occorre fare un po di pratica nel dosare la pressione per ottenere dosaggi perfetti. Fornito solo con 2 tip monouso per cui occorre comprarne altri se si deve lavorare con soluzioni diverse o in sterilità. Consegna precisa e rapida.

En el título o denominación del artículo aparece que es Autoclavable, cuando sólo es "La parte inferior autoclavable".Si uno hace caso a la denominación del artículo piensa que la pipeta en su conjunto es autoclavable y después se lleva la sorpresa de sacar la pipeta del autoclave como aparece en la foto.Sí que es cierto que leyendo toda la información ya nos avisan de que es sólo la parte inferior autoclavable, pero creo que en el título debiera concretarse más, citando que es autoclavable parcialmente o similar.

Ich habe mir diesen Pipettor gekauft gekauft um Wasser aus meinem Meerwasseraquarium bequem und genau entnehmen zu können um damit die unzähligen Wassertests mit größtmöglicher Genauigkeit durchführen zu können. Die einfache Einstellung durch drehen an dem Hebel erlaubt mir eine sehr feine Einstellung im Bereich von 0,1ml. Die Anwendung ist sehr einfach. Im zu entnehmenden Wasser: Hebel bis zum Anschlag drücken loslassen. Wasser pumt sich auf. Um das Wasser in ein Gefäss zu füllen einfach den Hebel drücken bis zum Anschlag und dann drüber hinaus. Dann ist auch der letzte Tropfen draussen.

Inexpensive pipette. Not sure I would get for high end projects. But really good for at home use (aquarium water testing)
