Lava Lunch, Heated Lunch Tote, Lemon Lime

Bought this so my preschool age son could take a hot lunch to daycare a few times a week, since he does not like the schoollunches. This keeps his lunch warm from about 6 am to 11:30 when they eat lunch. Holds a nice amount of food, and would be suitable for an adult lunch too.

I don't care for this style of lunch bag. This one has to be loaded from the side and then in the carrying mode with the handles the food goes sideways. I liked their original style LavaLunch bag better.

Keeps food warm not hot, heat dissipates in about 4 hours in 60 degree outside temperature but should last longer when indoors. Pretty simplic design and functional, very satisfied with my purchase.

My son is a happy camper !!! It keeps his hot lunches and save him from eating the horrible school cafeteria food. However the side bottle holder reaps so easy since is a mesh cloth I recommend to insert a koozie on it to avoid problem, the green color that I order it gets dirty so easy so we have to wash it very extremely often, I have to add an insulated clip on lunch bag to so he can bring his cold fruit ,yogurt, etc wish the handle was a little bigger for that or they will add an extra compartment for the star goodies that do not need to be hot. Planning on buying the next one on black!!

Not happy at all! Amazon was vertical prompt. Thank you! But the product was a lava lunchbox. The lava pack was in the microwave for only half of the allotted time, when it began to smoke like crazy! Smoke was bellowing out of my microwave! Thought it was going to catch fire. If I had walked away for the 2 minutes, it would have!

My husband loves hot lunches and this fits the bill without having to use a thermos bottle liquid lunch.

The bag is ok and performs as most lunch bags. The problem I have is with the lava rocks enclosed. It came with two but for some reason, although I heat them the same amount of time and for the listed time periods based on my microwave, one of the lava rocks went up in flames after about 3 months of use. Luckily I was standing by the microwave when this happened and saw the flames which were pretty scary. Not sure why this one lava rock failed as the other appears to be ok. We are still using it but concerned about buying another one set of lava rocks and having a similar issue. Too dangerous!

Love this lunchbox. Keeps food warm until lunch! Recommend it.
