FIXED my low voltage at idle!
So I've been battling low voltage at idle with my 04 buick century for quite some time. I have an aftermarket stereo that draws some decent current. Over a year ago I believed my alternator was giving out considering the abuse I put it under. Took the opportunity to buy a higher output alternator. Replaced the factory 105amp for a 220amp. Voltage issue was exactly the same if not worse, basically running on battery at idle.. Messaged the seller to ask for advice and got back a ridiculous response basically reading back exactly what I told them. Needs 1,000rpm for full voltage. The pulley was already fairly small but took a chance on this guy hoping it would fit and be smaller. Well I'm absolutely ecstatic right now. Even pounding away feeding my jp33 amplifier lots of juice it stayed solid. If you have a earlier buick and your voltages are suffering at idle, you need this! Buicks idle really low and it's a issue on lots of them. The pulley was just slightly smaller so I don't think overrun will be an issue. Quality was beautiful and very solid. Extremely happy. No more windows slowing, ac slowing or lights dimming when coming to a stop lol.

Helps with my idle low voltage issues.
I had to use a thin wall socket to replace this, my standard impact sockets would not fit. After replacing the factory pulley with this one I was able to lower my idle setting and keep the voltage up. My 1990 suburban has after market electric cooling fans and the current draw at idle in gear would cause it to drop below 12V and shut off at the factory idle settings. This smaller pulley was definitely an improvement.

Fixed my charging problem 2001 S10
Had low voltage problem with my 3200 watt amp and couldn’t keep up especially with A/C on. Now my voltage is pretty much fixed

Nice Solid Pulley
I used this pulley on my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country Minivan. I wanted to achieve two things:1. Get away from the JUNK "clutch" style pulley that was the original (they ALL break).2. Go to a slightly smaller diameter to overspeed the alternator so that at an idle it puts out more amps.In order for the pulley to fit the alternator & clear without rubbing, I had to get the one side faced off 2mm (see attached picture). So far so good. It has been on 1 week. I do not anticipate any issues. I wish Powermaster offered it already faced off. This pulley should now last the life of the vehicle.

Beautiful.
The original pulley on my HO alternator was too large and unable to maintain voltage at idle. This smaller one is the perfect size and fits so well you wouldn't know it wasn't made specifically for it - gotta love tight tolerances.Using an impact wrench, I was able to remove the pulley nut (size 15/16" for most GM) in seconds with one hand. So quick and simple I couldn't believe I almost got one of those alt pulley removal kits. Definitely not needed for this kind of pulley.
