The pieces keep getting stuck inside and the bigger head after the first use, the rubber around it got damaged. When the parts get stuck it kind of doesn't work properly. I am forced not to put too much pressure which defeat the subject. Over all it's an OK product, but could be better if the pieces were not getting stuck when lot of pressure is applied to activate the muscles.
