It took a long time to come, and Amazon's estimate was completely wrong on delivery date. It had to get through customs first. Even with shipping, it is quite a deal for a very playable instrument. If you want a 12 string guitar, don't get this. I got this model for Renaissance Faire playing.Things to know:1) The neck is a little wider than standard. Not much, but half a centimeter can make a large difference if you aren't used to it.2) The headstock and neck are heavy, and the teardrop shape make it unbalanced for normal playing. You will want to install a peg at the base of the neck, and use a strap to keep it balanced.3) With the headstock, it is long, so any case needs to be about 41". It is difficult to find an appropriate case for this. It does not come with one. A standard bouzouki case is too short.4) The sound hole is a non standard 3" but it is very loud.5) The color that I received did not match the picture. It"s beautiful, but not as I expected.Either way, for under $300, it is a great instrument. I have already customized it with internal pickups. I will replace the nut and bridge soon as well. The ones that came with it work well, but I prefer black. The tuning pegs will come later - same story.
