I am the medical director of the Erie County Department of Health in Erie PA. I also have the pleasure of working at a primary care practice that like most practices at times our waiting room has been crowded. We work diligently to support the mandates that help mitigate the spread of this pandemic. As part of our protocol we wanted to debulk our waiting room and still in a user-friendly way meet the needs of our patients. The Pager Genius System has been the perfect addition to our practice. When our patients come to the receptionist they are given a Pager Genius pager and ask to have a socially distanced seat in our waiting room or take it to their vehicle and told they will be paged when it is their time to be seen.It has been well received by our patients. Its auditory, vibratory and flashing capabilities work seamlessly with our vision and hearing-impaired patients.Although we purchased our initial system on Amazon, we called Mr Bryan Bohlken at Pager Genius to ask for free custom logo stickers which could be applied to the pagers and he pleasantly and immediately extended to our organization that service even though it was not offered on the Amazon Website.I strongly recommend the Pager Genius paging system to anyone who is interested in finding a very user-friendly way to manage the flow and decrease congestion in a customer friendly way. It is well made, attractive and has an extended range. This system exceeded my expectations, I give this system a strong five star and if I was able, I would give it six.

I purchased the system for our cafe as I did not want people to gather at the pickup, but rather go, have a seat and wait for their order to be completed. Manual was pretty straightforward. It worked straight out of the box. I had one issue though: There is a choice to "beep and vibrate and flash" or "vibrate and flash" alone. The beeping is just too much and is disruptive... but the manual only told me how to use the "bep0" feature to silence the transmitter unit. Half of the beepers still beeped...I thought I might kill them! Obnoxious. Anyway, I googled "Genius System" and went to their website- which had a chat help feature - which "jumped me" over into a facebook messenger page. I described the problem, and immediately an answer was given. There are little buttons on the bottom of each pager. (*press MODE- , says F6S...press LEARN so it says F S...then press STOP.)

The media could not be loaded. We have been using pager genius for over 7 years. The product is great and has improved our business greatly. The customer services is fantastic and I would highly recommend to any business owner that needs this technology.

The COVID pandemic closed the lobbies of physician offices to the horizon. The ability to efficiently communicate with patients waiting in their vehicles to be seen has been fraught with a legion of difficulties.This pager system entered our organization one week ago. In less than ten minutes, they were in use. This has significantly improved our check-in process. I have had to contact the company one time already to order more pagers. The response was courteous, timely and helpful This system was worthy of the expoense and the accolades.

We've been using these pagers for our restaurant for over 2 years. They have always worked great! Recently our base stopped powering on and after one phone conversation, it is up and running and a new part is on the way. Highly recommend!

We used to yell out customer names over and over again when their order was ready for pickup. Now when a customer places an order we circle the pager number on the receipt, hand them a pager and page them when their order is ready. This allows our staff to get the next order ready instead of yelling the customer's name repeatedly. Once the Pager Genius pagers charge up they can be used all day without needing to be charged again. We tried buying a cheaper system on Amazon but those broke after only a month of use. Spend the extra money and you get a whole lot of value with this system

Love it!!!! So simple and easy to use. Had it for over a year now and still working perfectly. No problems.

I bought these for my movie theater & we absolutely love them. They reach both screens and we have NEVER had a problem. Loved them so much be bought 10 more.
