These things are incredibly comfortable and they fit money in your car keys I guess you could fit your cell phone in here too but I definitely would notice the cell phone but if you just have your car keys and money you can't even feel these things on your body which is great so for security purposes and comfort they rate five stars

Extra pockets are always good
Handy to have extra pockets and easy to slip on and off. It's not as wide as another style that I bought, so it doesn't roll down as bad, but it also doesn't hold my cell phone. Can fit my ID, some money, and keys in it.
