I could not get the accept and end call button to work so I called Amazon and they finally suggested I click the middle button on the mic twice and it did disconnect our call. I then had someone test call me and I tapped it once and it did answer the call this time so not sure what was wrong but keep the double tap in mind when first using these. Also it does not fit the newer iphones so you will need an adaptor to plug it in to the charging slot. The ear bugs stay in my ear better than the ones that come with the phone but I am not sure I could wear them while moving around or walking without them falling out. Says to wrap them around your ear but then the mic is under your chin almost. They work well at the desk or a chair or in the car.

I like what this product is intending to do, block radiation, (or at least some of it), but they slip out of my ears constantly which is a pain when you're running or working out in some way. I was going to send them back but I kept them because I try to use them, I just shove them back into my little ears. I am freaked by all of the radiation our phones emit, and I feel like any bit helps. So I'll live with these, they are a start.

The product material quality is good. If you want to buy for the health purposes it's worth it. But sound quality is low and definitely incomparable with wired or wireless earbuds sound quality within the same price range. Especially for the music lovers, the sound quality is looooow. I bought it to eliminate the EMF radiation during the study. The health is important for sure, especially if you spend more time in front of the computer. Too much radiation. So choose your own poison.

The product itself broke within a few weeks of normal use BUT I think that was just a fluke... I contacted the seller and they replaced the item, no questions asked, and the new ones they sent me are great. No problems at all. It was a nice touch to include 3 different sizes of ear buds to ensure a comfortable fit. Would definitely recommend!

This was my second pair in two weeks. The sound quality is decent; however, the product quality is terrible. The first set broke at the speaker in 4 days. The second pair, also after owning less than a week, is no longer produce sound on one side. It could be a great product if it were made to last longer than a week.

Ordering a second pair as the first worked great in terms of blocking EMF and the sound was fairly decent. Microphone did not work worth a dang though!!!I will update this review upon receiving the second pair to find out if that is the situation entirely.

Garbage. Utter Garbage. Insulting that they would charge you THIRTY DOLLARS for a TOY. Headphones don't work and neither does the customer service phone #. Really a terrible waste of time. Returned. Amazon needs to VET their products!

The headset is actually the best I could find with air tubes, but it still breaks quite fast so you need to buy a new one every couple of months. The microphone was broken after just one months of usage last time, so I tried to get a warranty, but the seller asked lots of questions and offered me just a small reimbursement so I didn't feel treated well and had to contact amazon support. I would like to buy from another brand next time when I find a comparable product (this one has buttons for volume which others don't)
