The hold is medium, you can apply like crazy for firm, or apply little with wet hands for lose hair. Unlike Suavecito, this doesn't get sticky at all. It does the job quite well, adds a great shine, leaves the hair AND scalp feeling good and refreshed not sticky or dry. Washes off very well. At below $8 price point can you ask for more? Compared to AXE $14 ??
