Very sharp. Completely transformed my cooking experience. This is the first really sharp knife I've used. I needed to be extremely careful as I had not developed a safe cutting technique. Before I was used to sawing away with difficult ingredients. This just takes one stroke and very little pressure. What a difference. I keep the knife in its sheath and away from other cutlery.

Very sharp knife. Not sure it's dishwasher safe. Has water spots on it already

Extremely sharp.Delighted with the knife. First use I chopped up a pile of swedes with ease which is always a job I used to hate. Like cutting through butter, so I am well pleased with my knife.

I have had this knife for over a year. I give it a quick run though on the provided sharpener ones every 2 weeks or so. It is as sharpe as ever and makes my cooking prep experience so much easier and enjoyable. The grip is comfortable for my medium sized hands. Nice weight that is not fatiguing, and looks exquisite.
