This pet feeder works well. I bought it for my cat because she won't eat if her food isn't fresh. This solves the problem because the container keeps the food fresh and gives her the right portion at the same time each day. It was easy to set up and has quite a few options as far as how many meals a day and portion size for each meal. Also, the bowl pops off so that you can clean it between feedings. I would recommend this for a dog or a cat.

We had to regulate the food portions to figure out exactly how much to dispense, but once we figured that out - we are VERY happy with this machine. Furthermore - that CAT is happy! LOL! =^..^+=

I have two of these so my cats are always fed the right amount right on time. The lid has a sturdy locking mechanism that they cant get into.

Have had this feeder for 2 months now and no issues. Feeds our cats at the set times and never jams. This feeder has been perfect for vacations!

I keep my two cats inside while I camp in my RV. This feeder gives me freedom from being at home for 3 or 4 days...Great Product.

I purchased this feeder 6 months ago for my 24lb dog. It worked great for the first few months and then I noticed when it was time to fill it, it was still full. It wasn’t dispensing food for days! I checked everything and filled it with smaller food just to be sure that wasn’t the problem and tried again. Worked for a few days and not dispensing now. It should’ve last longer than this, in my opinion. So disappointed.

It works wonderfully well! We bought it to feed our cat twice a day for those times when we are away. It gives us peace of mind knowing that he will be fed regular small portions when we are gone for the weekend. When we are away for a longer period of time, our pet sitter only needs to drop by every other day to check up on him.

I could never find an automatic cat feeder that would dispense very small portions (5gm) - until now. Using the provided small dispenser disc, this feeder can provide 5gm, or 10gm and upward in 5gm steps. Ideal for cats on a diet, etc. It's very easy to programme - unlike previous feeders I've had. However, if you need to change the dispenser disc from the standard to the small size, this requires the removal of several screws to replace both the standard disc with the smaller one provided and also to refit the food deflector plate. Overall, a very good feeder; but I think the disc changing procedure needs to be simplified. However, if you don't need to change from the fitted standard disc, this step will not be necessary.

Absolutely love this product. This allowed my boyfriend and I to escape for the weekend knowing our cat was being fed (paired with our at home security camera lol). Really easy to set up. Just make sure to also have the batteries in there for backup incase there’s a power outage. A power outage will rest the machine to the default portions/time.

The media could not be loaded.  Recently I had to travel a lot because of work and wanted to make sure that the feeding routine for my cat is maintained. Bought this one as it looks nice and had quite a few good features.Setting it up was very easy and the instruction manual is well written.IT has a feature to record your voice as well, so when it dispences food, it calls your pet too! Absolutely love this feature(even though sound quality isn't that great)You can manage your portion sizes based on your pet's needs which is a huge plus point.

Great automatic feeder for kibble. You have the choice to record your voice, the portions are quite flexible. Only thing I would change is having an option to purchase a metal eating dish attachment for animals with acne.
