Missing Letter
I could not use the banner….it was missing the letter “T”.

Plates were all bent (wrecked) most utensils were all dirty/stained, banner and parts no instructions. I gave up and ran over to party city and bought everything - cost twice as much but all was put together and nothing was wrecked or dirty. Do not buy $28 I will never see or got use from.
