A Sheep in a Wolf's Clothing.
Not what it appears to be. Another reviewer mentioned device would not load common apps. True; however, the rest of the story is far worse. After loading a few favorite apps the box bricked, constantly turning off the internet connection and otherwise becoming totally useless. This device is strictly for the novice who will be satisfied with the included apps. Not at all for the advanced Android Streamer who desires to customize a rooted device for maximization. Suggest going elsewhere, have factory reset device and am in process of returning this 1 star dud. Very disappointed.

Buy the TICTID TX6 Plus NOW!
You can read through the reviews of the other Android boxes out there, but I recommend you don't waste your time and just buy this box now!Over the past 6 years I've gone though at least 10 Android streaming devices. They have all had limitations. Out if the box, the TICTID TX6 Plus is the best of all!To start, you get Android 9 right away. It's loaded with apps so that you can get to streaming immediately (outside an OS update which takes a few minutes. Inside the box you get the good looking TICTID TX6 Plus, a great remote, power brick, an HDMI cable, a multi-language manual, and a thank you card. It's everything you need to get going right away. The TICTID TX6 Plus device has an HDMI port, an ethernet port, 2 USB ports (USB 2.0 and USB 3.0) and an SD card slot.Yes it stream Netflix and Youtube and Amazon and the like. Of course it streams Kodi! I've customized my TICTID TX6 Plus with a custom Kodi build and it performs flawlessly in 4K connected to my 75" Vizio!I highly recommend the TICTID TX6 Plus is you're looking for the BEST Android streaming device available right now.

Excellent Android 9 TV Box. A Definite Repeat Buy!
I have had many Android boxes over the years but none update-able beyond Android 4 so having 9 so I can download updated apps was important. This Tictid round puck device, my 1st of its kind, was nicely shrink wrapped sealed in plastic so you know you're getting a new device. I was excited to receive this. You'll get the standard content, device, manual, HDMI, remote, etc., but no AAA batteries. First off, it is fast and I mean waaayyyy fast, at boot, at opening apps, navigating, starting to play content and powering off. Probably my only few peeves are 1) I wish the power cord were about 2-3 ft longer as I hate using extension cords (but this seems to be industry standard?) 2) there is no indicator light to tell you whether the box is on or off... you need the TV on to verify, and 3) what gives with pressing the "Movie Player" icon and it opens a File Manager? This I'd like fixed and there's a few English spellings in Settings like "Argent" instead of "Agent". All in all though, I actually like the GUI (user Interface) menu look and feel as it is intuitive to me. If it could be user-custom configured/re-arranged, it would get 6 Stars from me. When I first got it configured, connected to Wi-Fi, fit screen size, and added my own apps, I was enamored. My wife called me for supper, my favorite meal, and I wasn't about to leave the box right away. LOL. I simply love this box. The specs of 4/64 GB are off the wall and it doesn't even get warm, yet alone hot, like another brand of same spec's mini version did. I streamed 3 movies back to back. This is as cool as a cucumber! The clock touch is nice, not distractedly bright but too wish I could figure out if I can turn off if I chose to. The playback speed, content-server availability dependent, is almost instant, testament to the amount of memory I imagine, and no buffering! I do use my own air mouse and there will be a few APK's where you will need to use the included remote. That's just the way Android boxes are, I've experienced. I have installed about 10 Apps and have about 54 GB space remaining. BTW it does not come with useless bloatware as many boxes do, and the few streaming apps on there are indeed solid. I did try to MirrorCast my phone but couldn't quite figure it out but that was on me, not the box. It's just not a feature I would or have used before anyhow. One day I'll get it when I have more time to try. I like the on-screen "Clean Memory" feature as it gives you real-time system resource status. I clear my cache many times before, in between and after streaming. I am hoping to buy another Tictid Android 9 box real soon. It's worth it.”

Support sucks
I bought 2 of these. They worked pretty good, but I was unable to hook my ethernet cable to them. The connections wouldn't click in. I finally got one cable to work, but then the ethernet wouldn't stay connected to the internet. It would start but stop. After contacting support several times, they said it needed to update the firmware. They sent me a file in an email with no instructions. When I asked for help, they sent me diagrams. I had to download software, then found I would have to buy a special cable to install the firmware. I finally found another way to install it, and got one of my boxes updated, and the ethernet connection works well with it. However, the other box updated the firmware, but the ethernet still doesn't work at all. They said they'd replace the box, but I never heard any more. I contacted them to see where the new box was, and they replied with this: "Hi, sorry for late. Sorry Amazon lost the item, we will give u the free code:2XXX-YSXXXX-5XXXXX this code is 99% after u recived the product, we will refund 1%, thanks"That is the largest communication I've had with them. Most replies are only one or two words. I have no idea what it means, and they haven't replied. BTW, I X'd out the code.
