This works like a charm on mild problem skin areas. I use on my scalp once/twice a week. I let it sit for a a few hours. My life time skull cap or dandruff completely gone. I also use on my ears and other mild skin problems and it has helped. Now if you you don't eat at least fairly well or use cheap shampoo I am not sure how well this would work. One bottle last such a long time also. Much, much cheaper then other remedies.

Very interesting-I’m on the ketogenic diet. Got this on my son the athlete’s recommendation. Friday night/Saturday I cheat. Started MCT Saturday night - Sunday afternoon 4+ ketosis on my test strip. Down 3 pounds this morning from Friday morning. I know I’m working out and trying hard but that’s a pretty big change. Gonna keep using! Just a few cap fulls - oh FYI - will smoke if put on eggs in fry pan!
