The heated eyelash curler works as described. Received quickly. No instructions included so took me a minute to figure out where to install batteries...pull brush end out of metal cylinder. Heats quickly. Can use before or after mascara. Read some reviews where mascara bled but I didn't have any negatives with my mascara. Lashes do curl better when using mascara. Rate this as a five...would definitely buy product and use this seller again.
