the product worked well on sealing my plywood bathroom floor. I painted the floor with latex several coats. Then i applied 3 coats of floor finish. Now my bathroom floor is sealed amd shinny. Very durable. Shine shineNo water getting into my laytex now

This seems to work well as far as protecting the floor, but it really accentuates all the cracks and dents. I am covering my cement garage floor that I just repainted (it had been painted by a previous owner, and looked really worn). I can definitely notice the difference in terms of the protective layer. The paint I had chosen was scratching very easily and even leaving marks when you walked over it, and with this topcoat it no longer does that. However, the gloss really emphasizes all the cracks and dents and imperfections in the floor.I painted it a matte black which was hiding all the flaws well, but the gloss brought them all back out! So I don’t recommend using this on a garage floor, or any floor that has considerable blemishes/dents you don’t want brought to light.

Was moving didn’t want to redo floors brought them back to life

I am relatively new to wood floors, so cannot compare this to other choices. However, I was happy enough with the first gallon that I purchased two more.It came out well, was easier to apply, and much less odorous than an oil-based varnish that I had used before. I tried a lambs wool applicator but found that it would catch on small edges of my floor and leave fibers. I had better success with an synthetic applicator pad designed for staining decks.The odor is a little strong when applying. I wore a respirator to be safe. But it fades quickly and is completely gone in about 48 hours.

Review is based on the delivery experience because manufacturer should be aware of how its being packaged and shipped. They have the gripper tape to keep stuff shut. Waste of product for them and time for me. Also damaged my property by leaking and I had to scramble to clean it up as I was on my way out the door. Bro I was fuming

The media could not be loaded. If you are refinishing hardwood floors, this is a must! This finish is very forgiving, so it’s great for beginners like me. I’m taking off two stars because the containers were in rough condition when they arrived.

MY FLOOR

I have used products like this before and they didn't work well so I was really skeptical of this one. BUT! I painted my bathroom floor with chalk paint and coated it with this stuff and it worked GREAT. Nothing sticks to it and it's super easy to clean. I made sure to not place anything on it for a few days like it said in the instructions- I feel like this part is super important. It definitely needs a vented area because the smell can still get pretty strong even though it's low odor.
