This tea tastes GREAT!!! It's VERY sweet! Before I tasted it, I put a little Monk fruit sweetener in it. But I don't think it needed it-definitely not much! I've learned that DETOX is the MOST important thing to do for my health-in addition to eating a more natural/raw diet! It really is MORE than just being thin & looking good! It can literally be a matter of life or death! The other tea I Highly recommend is strictly a Detox tea.

Received my tea via mail a week ok. I'm very excited about trying it. Today will be my first day using it. Wish me luck. I will do a follow up in two weeks. So I will rate it based on the fact it came quick.

Naturally Sweet - Hot or Cold
I am absolutely sold on this tea! The flavor, hot or cold is simply amazing -without any added sweetener. I used to dislike tea all together and until recently had only drank coffee. I've completely kicked my coffee habits and this tea makes drinking tea an easy choice! My sister and I both enjoy it and were absolutely blown away by the tea's natural sweet taste. It is also a helpful appetite suppresser during our normal evening snack time cravings.

Works better than I thought possible!
I've been trying to lose weight (unsuccessfully) for more than 10 years. In fact, instead of losing weight, I put on 50 lbs. over those 10 years! It didn't matter what I did as far as dieting and exercising, the pounds kept piling on. I first used Chef Jeff’s Detox Tea, followed by this diet tea.First off, while I liked the flavor of the Detox Tea better, this Diet Tea did taste good, too. Second, I don't know if it was the sweet flavor of the tea or the properties of the tea, but I stopped craving sweets and fried foods. Or maybe it was the healthy diet that Chef Jeff provides with this tea. In any case, I don't EVER feel hungry! I am eating real food, whenever I’m hungry -- and I am losing weight (about a pound every 2-4 days! It's been 4.5 weeks since I’ve started, and I've lost 10.5 pounds -- and I'm still losing weight. I've still got about 80 lbs. to go, but for the first time in more than 10 years, I honestly believe I've got a chance. Oh, and how this has made me feel? Absolutely wonderful! Better than I've felt in years. In case you haven't noticed (if you've read this far), I'm VERY excited about this tea :-DWhen I first tried this tea, the only one available was the Peppermint + Star Anise flavor. Now they've got two more flavors, and I’m excited to try both of them. After I try the other two flavors, I'll update with my favorite.====================EDIT 7/29/2015: It has now been 7.5 weeks since I started JP Gourmet's Slimming Tea. I've tried the Yerba Mate / Lemongrass flavor, and I don't like it as much as the Peppermint + Star Anise (good think Chef Jeff makes different flavors for our individual tastes).My weight loss has slowed way down (a total of 12.3 pounds since I started, but I *am* still losing weight. To me, that is amazing. However, the most shocking thing of all? My cholesterol. In January, my doctor chewed me out because my cholesterol was 235, and he put me on a statin prescription (which I had to stop because of the negative side effects). Six weeks into my diet, I had my cholesterol checked again (please keep in mind I'm no longer taking the prescription). It's now down to 126! Even in my younger, healthier days, it was never below 150. Weight might lie about one's health, but the numbers in blood tests don't. To say the least, I am thrilled! (and so is my doctor)

Delicious! This tea tastes great! I am not sure if it actually helps me cut some of my cravings down, but it tastes really good.
