Now I've used it a few time. It is easy to use, basically you fill the bottle, wait for a few minutes then you can use it. It provides fairly powerful pressurised steam. Combined with the brush head came with the set, it gave a good result. I cleaned tile grout, basin ,shower cubicle and some area which were not easy to reach normally. It can be operated for at least 10 minutes continuously before needing refilling. I think it is long enough as it is not a very large bottle. so far happy with the product.

This item is brilliant. If your doing small jobs. U fill it up. And probs get around 15 seconds of steam... then have to wait around half hour to fill bk up to use again once cooled. Ideal for ovens.. doors.. walls toilet. People with kids n dog. Would give this 10/10 if had more steam or could open to fill fast

Not as good as it should be. Forever filling the tank. You have to hold it horizontal to work and the extension hose is too stiff and loses power of the steam

What an absolute waste of time! I bought this so I could cut down on the amount of cleaning products I use but it was so inefficient I had to spray descaler or cleaner onto things before I steamed them so defeats the object really. The first shot of steam was powerful but then you had to wait for the power to rise again and subsequent shots of steam were just so weak they wouldn’t take the skin off a grape, and the locking button made it difficult to use one handed - the instructions were a bit dubious too, would not recommend !

Very good steamer... not the most powerful but does the job... steam keeps going no need to pause to wait for the steam to work, unlike others i have used in the past... real pleased with this steamer

Great little steamer does as it says. I was very pleased with the product initially. Only had it 4 days and only used it twice and it started leaking hot steam from the handle around the button causing slight scalding to my hand, the pressure ceased all together, on the second use. I have e-mailed the manufacturer, and await their response as to getting a replacement product.*******edit to this review*****. Seller has replaced the item. Estimated delivery 10/05/20. Arrived 07/05/20. Very quick response to my email and no issues with the seller in getting a replacement product. Hopefully the new steamer will work well.

As it has only just arrived so can only give first impressions. However have used on some upholstery and results seem good. Main complaint is the instruction leaflet, advice on how to use but no help which piece of apparatus should be used. Problem was solved by finding a Utube video on use of the actual machine.
