Marvellous quality
One of three great axe makers in the world, expensive but well worth it, you get what you pay for ,just linseed the handle and you’ve got an axe for life,as you can tell I’m a great fan of helko week axes.

German Class
I bought this Axe as I needed something a little bigger than my hand axe for processing larger fire wood for my fire pit.I was looking at high end Swedish options and decided I couldn’t justify the cost so I compromised with what I hoped was German quality at a reasonable price.So far I am not disappointed. The finish is fantastic and it arrived sharp and ready to go, not always the case these days. The leather cover is simple, effective and made of great quality leather. Nice touch!I will update once I have put it through its paces.
