Ease of use and reliability gives peace of mind.
Works beautifully. I purchased it for emergencies and have already used it. So glad I purchased an electrical one because operators in general tell me that the electric is much easier to use than a hand pump especially if using it often. There is some worry during a power outage but if the battery is maintained to capacity it should help.

Great product
We had a little trouble at first, the original battery was defective, but the company sent a new battery right away. Now all is well, our aids love this machine it it sooooo much easier to push than our old lift. Highly recommend this product.
