I like the contents of this book very much, but the formatting is absolutely terrible and it really should have been proofread professionally. I wish it had more references for the historical accounts. Other than that, it has very good photographs of techniques and covers fundamental stances and kicks, as well as a form and some applications. Would have given the content five stars, but the formatting was so terrible I had to take away a star.

My eleven year old loved this book and asked me to find vol. 2. Haven't had luck so far.

Interesting historical information, but the ebook is very poorly formatted and ought to be removed until it is revised to meet a standard commensurate with other books offered on the same topic.
