I was initially trying to use this as a temporary solution. But, it turns out that this is a very effective and simple solution.

It is a cheap solution if decline to replace the headliner, or upholster it. I didn't use the tape. A 5 inches bondo spreader helped to spread pins 5 inches apart. At the visor area used zigzag pattern. On the sides used a more dense pattern. Used 2 medium coats of 3M Headliner Adhesive, in front at the windshield, and screws at the edge 2 inches apart.
