I have bought a lot of paint mixers in the last few years. The top is made of a better plastic then the others and hasn't split. The mixer however does not mix as strong as the others I have had. It just takes longer to mix the paint.

This works wonderful for mixing my 17ml model paints. Even mixes the larger 60ml bottles. I have found it works best if there is 1 or 2 glass or stainless agitator in the bottle.

Need to make sure you hit the sweet spot in order for it to start mixing
